Quiet luxury represents an understated yet sophisticated style, emphasizing the quality of materials and craftsmanship, making the space both comfortable to live in and visually intriguing.

To provide residents with top-quality service, two mood boards were created in collaboration with the architects from Arhideja Studio, led by Matej Deljak, which can be further customized. Each mood board was crafted with exceptional attention to detail to ensure high quality and harmony between the interior and exterior spaces.

Bronze Allure represents an interior concept that emphasizes warmth and sophistication through a combination of earthy tones, luxurious materials, and refined details. By using traditional materials such as travertine stone or natural wood, we blend tradition with modern luxury. These elements, combined with gold or bronze metal accents—such as faucets and handles—create a luxurious yet subtle contrast.

Noir Allure represents an interior concept that reflects a balance between neutral and cooler tones, various textures, and natural elements, which together create a harmonious and sophisticated interior. By using lighter shades of gray combined with contrasting black metal accents and warm natural wood, a perfect foundation is created for a modern, minimalist space.
